Please express your interest below in participating in the Mission to Sweden for the « Train&Rail » exhibition, the Nordic region’s largest fair for sustainable rail transport, with presentations and meetings with key Norway actors and Public Buyers.
Draft agenda:
- VENUE: STOCKHOLM | 24 April 2023 at 17.00 at the Lobby Bar at Scandic Talk Hotel: The participants (A) meet-up with the organisers (B) are introduced to the strategic targets identified per each of them (C) are introduced to the detailed agenda of the following days (D) do networking in view of collaborations, following the organisers’ inputs (E) have dinner together.
- VENUE: ÄLVSJÖ-STOCKHOLM | 25-26 April at 9.00-17.00: Presentations and meetings with key Norway actors and Public Buyers. « Nordic Tour »: Presentations and meetings with Nordic industries for possible joint participation in Public Tenders in Norway. Promotional activities of the companies participating in the mission through the S-ACCESS Team and through the Fair organisers.
- VENUE: ÄLVSJÖ-STOCKHOLM | 25 April from 17.30: (optional) Dinner & Mingle: Dinner for the industry by the industry to connect and network.
Participation to the Mission is free. The company has to cover own travel/accomodation/subsistance expenses.
