Still, significant accidents alone represent an economical cost of about 3,5 billion Euros per year.
Safety is an essential element of the Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy of the European Commission. In this webinar ERA will update you on the latest data since the Report it published in 2020, and discuss the current issues, improvements and actions to enhance Safety for railways in Europe.
In the frame of the joint post-pandemic rail recovery campaign of ERA and the European Commission, this webinar will also touch on the issue of safety during pandemic times.
